In order to be part of the Elite Runners category, see if you meet the
criteria below:

- You have achieved this timing in a recognised distance running event (with timing chip) which was held on or after 01 st January 2021.
- You will be able to provide a copy of your PAN card at the expo counter. We will not be able to issue a cheque, in case if you win, without your PAN card details.

Please come to Elite counter at the expo with the proof of your timing details (as mentioned above) along with a copy of your PAN card.
Notes:
› Winners will be decided based on the gun time (gross time) and not on the net time.
› Only Elite category runners are eligible for above prize money

- All runners registered in the general category ( non-elite runners only) are considered for this award.
- Final Result (for position/ranking) declaration within 30 days from the event date.
- Awards/Prize money disbursal within 60 days from the event date.
- Net timing is considered for the runners for finish time
- Runners starting the run after 15 minutes of the start time are not considered for the award
- Videography at multiple points is arranged to verify runners' timing info,BIB and identity
- Organizer decision is final
