Entry Denial and Refund Policy

• After an entry is submitted, requests for a refund of application fees will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• If your application is rejected for any reason, the entry fee will be refunded on or before 30th August 2025. Please note that ₹ 200 will be deducted as processing charges.
• Application fees will not be refunded due to non-participation, which includes instances where a confirmed participant fails to collect their bib from the Sport Expo or is unable to run on race day due to illness.
• Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 30th July 2025.
• In the case of event registration, if a registrant utilizes a corporate or group code that they are not authorized to use, the Hyderabad Runners Society retains the right to reject their entry or application. In these instances, the registrant will not be issued a Bib and will be unable to participate in the event on race day.

Other Important Points

• The right to take part in the event, along with the rights and benefits provided to the applicant through this entry form, is solely determined by the Hyderabad Runners Society. These rights cannot be transferred to any other individual under any circumstances. Only the applicant is entitled to the rights and benefits resulting from the confirmation of participation.
• A verification team may confirm the runner's identity and proof of residence to validate the information submitted in the form. If any details or documents provided by the applicant/runner are found to be incorrect at any stage, that runner's participation will be withheld or disqualified, and the application fees paid will not be refunded.
• Additionally, all benefits associated with the runner's participation in the NMDC Hyderabad Marathon 2025 will be forfeited.
• After the race, images of all participants will be reviewed, and if anyone is seen not wearing their assigned running number bib, the registered participant for that bib will be disqualified from the current race and the upcoming event in 2026.
• Hyderabad Runners Society retains the right to pursue legal action against both the registered participant and the individual who used the running number bib on race day for impersonation.
• Any race day audio, video, or visual recordings made by a participant at the SportExpo or on Race day are to be used only for personal purposes; these cannot be used for any commercial purpose. The official photographer of NMDC Hyderabad Marathon 2025 is OneGlint and individual photographs of runners will be available for sale and download on the event website 48 hours post-closing hours of race day.
• Event Organizers reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of the NMDC Hyderabad Marathon 2025 at any point in time without any notice.
